At Craftnexgen Infotech, we aim to maintain a transparent and trustworthy relationship with our clients. As a professional IT services provider, we invest significant time and resources into project planning, strategy, and execution from the moment a project is confirmed. This policy outlines our guidelines for payments, cancellations, and refunds, so that both our clients and our team work with clear expectations.

1. Advance Payment Policy

  • Once a client agrees to start a project with Craftnexgen Infotech, an advance payment of 50% of the total project cost is required.
  • This advance is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • The reason for this is that, from the moment we receive the payment, our planning team, developers, and designers begin working—allocating resources, preparing strategies, and blocking calendars for your project.
  • This time, effort, and resource commitment happens regardless of the final project delivery.

2. Work Start and Refund Eligibility

  • If the client makes the advance payment and no work is started within 7 days, the client can request a partial refund or clarification.
  • However, if the work has already started—including any planning, design drafts, meetings, or backend setup—then no refund will be issued, even if the client decides to cancel.
  • We expect clients to cooperate with timelines, feedback, and deliverables to avoid unnecessary delays from either end.

3. Payment Structure

We follow a two-stage payment model to make the process smooth and predictable for both parties:

  • 50% Advance Payment – Required before starting any work. This ensures commitment from the client and allows our team to begin development, design, or marketing as per the scope.
  • 50% Final Payment – Due when 90% of the project work is completed and presented to the client for review. Upon final payment, the remaining 10% of work, handovers, live deployment, or delivery of files will be completed.

We do not release final deliverables (such as code, design files, or live deployment) until full payment is made.

4. Project Cancellation by Client

  • Clients have the right to cancel a project at any stage.
  • However, no refund will be issued for the advance or for any work completed till the cancellation date.
  • If additional payments have been made beyond the advance, we will assess the percentage of work completed and issue a fair settlement based on what has been delivered and what remains.

5. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Client changes the project scope or requirements after work has started.
  • Client delays in providing necessary information, content, or approvals.
  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences (e.g., not liking the design or layout), unless it contradicts the approved scope or mockups.
  • Client becomes unresponsive during the project. (If no response is received for 14+ days, the project may be put on hold or closed.)
  • Expenses made on behalf of the client, such as domain purchases, plugins, third-party services, subscriptions, etc., are non-refundable.
  • Advance payments, under any condition, are non-refundable once planning has started.

6. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

If a refund is deemed applicable under specific, approved cases:

  • The refund will be processed within 30–40 business days.
  • The amount will be returned via the original payment method.
  • Any transaction or processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Quality Assurance & Dispute Resolution

We are committed to delivering services as per the mutually agreed scope of work. In case of any issues or disputes:

  • We encourage open communication to resolve concerns quickly.
  • Clients are requested to clearly document any feedback or issues.
  • If a misunderstanding occurs regarding deliverables, both parties will refer to the signed agreement or scope document.
